The whole of Europe is concerned with the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its impact on our daily lives. You are probably wondering what the consequences are for the holiday you have planned with us. In order to clarify some things, we have set out what impact the outbreak might have on your booking.
Right now, all bookings can continue under normal circumstances. We advise everybody to follow the guidelines set out by the Dutch RIVM, in combination with the recommendations from the World Health Organization (the WHO).
Below you will find the our (deviating) conditions, in case you would still wish to change or cancel your booking as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
We will handle cancellations or changes in your booking in the following way:
If your planned day of arrival is before or on the 6th of April, then you can change your booking free of charge.
For bookings with a day of arrival after the 6th of April, our normal conditions will apply. If you wish to cancel your booking regardless, then our normal cancelation policy will apply. You can find our conditions on the following page;
In case you wish to cancel your booking, or if you want to make a change in your reservation, please contact our customer service via the following E-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
We ask you to include the following details in your email: the booking number, your date of arrival, the type of house and the house number.
We hope for your understanding in the case of a late response to your questions, due to these unusual circumstances.
